COMPREHENSIVE NUCLEAR TEST-BAN TREATY ACT 1998 - SECT 5

Act binds the Crown

             (1)  This Act binds the Crown in each of its capacities.

             (2)  However, nothing in this Act makes the Crown liable to be prosecuted for an offence.
