CHILD SUPPORT (REGISTRATION AND COLLECTION) ACT 1988 - SECT 80A

Objections against care percentage decisions may be lodged

                   The following persons may lodge with the Registrar, or the Family Assistance Secretary, an objection to a care percentage decision:

                     (a)  the carer entitled to child support;

                     (b)  the liable parent.
