CHEMICAL WEAPONS (PROHIBITION) ACT 1994 - SECT 99

Delegation by Minister

                   The Minister may, by signed writing, delegate to:

                     (a)  the Secretary of the Department; or

                     (b)  the Director; or

                     (c)  an SES employee, or acting SES employee, in the Department;

all or any of the Minister's powers under this Act or the regulations.
