DEFENCE ACT 1903 - SECT 32

Regular Army

                   The Regular Army consists of:

                     (a)  officers appointed to, and soldiers enlisted in, the Regular Army; and

                     (b)  officers and soldiers transferred to the Regular Army from:

                              (i)  the Army Reserve; or

                             (ii)  the Australian Navy; or

                            (iii)  the Australian Air Force.
