DAIRY PRODUCE ACT 1986 - SECT 11

                   A document that appears to be a declaration or other document made or issued under this Part:

                     (a)  is taken to be such a declaration or other document; and

                     (b)  is taken to have been properly given;

unless the contrary is established.
