EVIDENCE ACT 1995 - SECT 8A

                   Chapter 2 of the Criminal Code applies to all offences against this Act.

Note 1:       Chapter 2 of the Criminal Code sets out the general principles of criminal responsibility.

Note 2:       Section 8A does not appear in the NSW Act, because Chapter 2 of the Criminal Code applies only to this Act.
