EXPORT CONTROL ACT 1982 - SECT 4A

             (1)  Subject to subsection (2), this Act does not extend to the following Territories:

                     (a)  the Territory of Christmas Island;

                     (b)  the Territory of Cocos (Keeling) Islands.

             (2)  Regulations may be made to extend the whole or a part of this Act to either or both of the Territories.
