FISHERIES ADMINISTRATION ACT 1991 - SECT 94

             (1)  The Authority may charge such fees as are reasonable in respect of work done, services provided or information given by the Authority.

             (2)  A fee:

                     (a)  must not be such as to amount to taxation; and

                     (b)  is payable to the Commonwealth.
