Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Governor-General may make regulations for the purpose of subsection 59(4) modifying or adapting the provisions of the Legislative Instruments Act 2003 (other than provisions of Part 5 of that Act or any other provisions whose modification or adaptation would affect the operation of that Part) in their application to the Court.
