FARM HOUSEHOLD SUPPORT ACT 1992 - SECT 24

                   The applicable rate in relation to a person is:

                     (a)  if a declaration made by the person under section 23 has effect--the rate specified in the declaration; or

                     (b)  if paragraph (a) does not apply--the maximum fortnightly rate in relation to the person.
