FISHERIES MANAGEMENT ACT 1991 - SECT 163

Delegation by Minister

                   The Minister may, by signed instrument, delegate to:

                     (a)  the Commission; or

                     (b)  the CEO; or

                   (ba)  an AFMA staff member; or

                     (c)  an officer of the Department;

any of the Minister's powers and functions under this Act other than powers and functions under sections 18, 20, 74, 74A and 75.
