FEDERAL MAGISTRATES ACT 1999 - SECT 119

References in other laws to a Federal Magistrate

                   Unless the contrary intention appears, a reference in a law of the Commonwealth other than this Act to a Federal Magistrate includes a reference to the Chief Federal Magistrate.
