FUEL QUALITY STANDARDS ACT 2000 - SECT 31A

                   A person contravenes this section if:

                     (a)  the person imports a fuel additive into Australia; and

                     (b)  the fuel additive is covered by an entry in the Register.

Civil penalty:

                     (a)  for an individual--250 penalty units; and

                     (b)  for a body corporate--1,250 penalty units.
