HOUSING ASSISTANCE ACT 1989 - SECT 9

                   The Consolidated Revenue Fund is appropriated in the amount of $14,752,000 for the purpose of making to the States, other than the Australian Capital Territory, during the first grant year, specific grants for mortgage relief and advances on account of such grants.
