HIGHER EDUCATION FUNDING ACT 1988 - SECT 106F

                   Section 78 has effect in relation to information disclosed or obtained under, or for the purposes of, this Chapter as if:

                     (a)  the section were included in this Chapter; and

                     (b)  any reference to an institution included a reference to the Agency.
