HIGHER EDUCATION FUNDING ACT 1988 - SECT 106P

Voluntary payments in respect of debts

             (1)  Subject to this Division, if a person owes a debt to the Commonwealth under this Chapter, the person may at any time make a payment in respect of that debt.

             (2)  The payment must be made to the Commissioner.
