HEALTH INSURANCE ACT 1973 - SECT 106EA

Contempt of Committee

                   A person must not:

                     (a)  obstruct or hinder the Committee or a Committee member in the performance of the functions of the Committee; or

                     (b)  disrupt a hearing before the Committee.

Penalty:  20 penalty units.
