Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) An application for a low volume permit, or an application for a renewal of a low volume permit, may include an application that certain information given in accordance with section 21S be treated as exempt information under section 75.
(2) The giving of information about a matter under section 21SA, or in accordance with a condition of a kind mentioned in subsection 21W(1), may be accompanied by an application in the approved form that some or all of the information be treated as exempt information under section 75.
