JUDGES' PENSIONS ACT 1968 - SECT 8

             (1)  If the retired Judge dies leaving a spouse, a pension shall be paid to the spouse at a rate equal to 62.5% of the rate of the pension that would have been payable to the retired Judge if he or she had not died.
