Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA superintendent or other proper authority to whom the property of a deceased seaman is paid or delivered under the preceding provisions of this Division, or a proper authority who, under section 153, takes into his or her charge the property of a deceased seaman, shall transmit that property to the Authority.
