Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Authority may, after the expiration of one year from the time when property not consisting of money comes into its hands under this Division and shall, not later than the expiration of 6 years from that time, cause any part of that property that has not been delivered to a person by the Authority under this Division to be sold by auction.
