Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA reference in this Act to a ship registered in Australia shall be read as a reference to a ship registered under the Shipping Registration Act 1981 and as including a reference to a ship that is required to be registered under that Act but is not so registered.
