NATION-BUILDING FUNDS ACT 2008 - SECT 12

             (1)  The Building Australia Fund is established by this section.

             (2)  The Building Australia Fund consists of:

                     (a)  the Building Australia Fund Special Account; and

                     (b)  the investments of the Building Australia Fund.
