NATIONAL HEALTH SECURITY ACT 2007 - SECT 9

Meaning of National Focal Point

                   The National Focal Point means:

                     (a)  the Secretary; and

                     (b)  the persons, offices or positions (if any) nominated in writing by the Secretary for the purposes of this section.
