NORFOLK ISLAND ACT 1979 - SECT 51

             (1)  The Minister for Finance must give the responsible Commonwealth Minister such reports, documents and information in relation to the operations of the Administration as the responsible Commonwealth Minister requires.

             (2)  A report, document or information required under subsection (1) must be relevant to:

                     (a)  this Part; or

                     (b)  regulations made for the purposes of this Part; or

                     (c)  the Commonwealth Finance Minister's Orders.

             (3)  The Minister for Finance must comply with requirements under subsection (1) within the time limits set by the responsible Commonwealth Minister.
