Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The regulations may make provision (including provision by way of modifications and adaptations of any Act) for and in relation to any matter arising from, consequential upon or otherwise connected with the establishment of the Administration of Norfolk Island as a body politic.
(2) The power to make regulations by virtue of subsection (1) extends to the making of regulations expressed to take effect on and from a date earlier than the date of the making of the regulations, not being a date earlier than the commencing date.
(3) Regulations shall not be made by virtue of this section after
30 June 1980.
