Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Section 7 and subsection 12(1) do not apply in relation to a futures contract or a contract, dealing or transaction made or entered into in connection with a futures contract.
(2) In subsection (1), futures contract has the same meaning as in the Futures Industry Act 1986 .
