NUCLEAR NON-PROLIFERATION (SAFEGUARDS) ACT 1987 - SECT 28

Interference with containment or surveillance devices

                   A person who interferes with:

                     (a)  a containment device or surveillance device; or

                     (b)  the operation of a containment device or surveillance device;

with the intention of adversely affecting the operation of the device is guilty of an offence against this section punishable, upon conviction, by imprisonment for not more than 2 years.
