NUCLEAR NON-PROLIFERATION (SAFEGUARDS) ACT 1987 - SECT 35

Use of nuclear material causing death or injury to persons or damage to property or the environment

                   A person shall not use nuclear material to cause:

                     (a)  the death of, or serious injury to, any person; or

                     (b)  substantial damage to property or to the environment.

Penalty:  Imprisonment for 20 years.
