NATIVE TITLE ACT 1993 - SECT 131

                   For the purposes of the Public Service Act 1999 :

                     (a)  the Registrar and the APS employees assisting the Registrar together constitute a Statutory Agency; and

                     (b)  the Registrar is the Head of that Statutory Agency.
