OLYMPIC INSIGNIA PROTECTION ACT 1987 - SECT 3

                   Subject to Part VII of the Copyright Act 1968 , this Chapter binds the Crown in right of the Commonwealth, of each of the States, of the Northern Territory and of Norfolk Island.
