OFFSHORE MINERALS ACT 1994 - SECT 209

             (1)  The licence must specify:

                     (a)  the blocks covered by the licence; and

                     (b)  the term of the licence; and

                     (c)  the licence conditions.

             (2)  The term specified under paragraph (1)(b) is not to exceed 21 years.
