OFFSHORE MINERALS ACT 1994 - SECT 34

Service of documents on a Joint Authority

                   A document that is to be given to the Joint Authority for a Commonwealth-State offshore area may be given to the Joint Authority by giving it to the Designated Authority for that offshore area.
