PARLIAMENTARY CONTRIBUTORY SUPERANNUATION ACT 1948 - SECT 14A

Benefits to be paid by Commonwealth

                   Payments in respect of benefits (including refunds of contributions) provided for by this Act shall be made by the Commonwealth.
