PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE ACT 2007 - SECT 256.5

                   A person commits an offence if:

                     (a)  the person subjects, or threatens to subject, another person to detriment; and

                     (b)  the person does so because the other person has made, or proposes to make, a complaint under this Part.

Penalty:  Imprisonment for 6 months.
