Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The appointment of a person as the * external manager of a * health benefits fund does not affect the continued operation of provisions of this Act other than the provisions of Division 217:
(a) in relation to the fund; or
(b) in relation to the rights and obligations of persons in relation to the * responsible insurer for the fund.
(2) The appointment of a person as the * terminating manager of a * health benefits fund does not affect the continued operation of provisions of this Act other than the provisions of Division 149 or 220:
(a) in relation to the fund; or
(b) in relation to the rights and obligations of persons in relation to the * responsible insurer for the fund.
