PROCEEDS OF CRIME ACT 2002 - SECT 14

                   This Act applies in relation to:

                     (a)  an offence committed at any time (whether or not any person is convicted of the offence); and

                     (b)  a person's conviction of an offence at any time;

whether the offence or conviction occurred before or after the commencement of this Act.
