PARLIAMENTARY SERVICE ACT 1999 - SECT 17

                   A person exercising powers under this Act or the determinations:

                     (a)  in relation to the engagement of Parliamentary Service employees; or

                     (b)  otherwise in relation to Parliamentary Service employees;

must do so without patronage or favouritism.
