RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1992 - SECT 71

Other conditions of spectrum licences

             (1)  The ACMA may include such other conditions in a spectrum licence as it thinks fit.

             (2)  The ACMA's power under this section is not limited by sections 67 to 69A.
