RENEWABLE ENERGY (ELECTRICITY) ACT 2000 - SECT 125E

False or misleading evidence

                   A person commits an offence if:

                     (a)  the person gives evidence to another person; and

                     (b)  the person does so knowing that the evidence is false or misleading in a material particular; and

                     (c)  the evidence is given in compliance or purported compliance with section 125A.

Penalty:  Imprisonment for 12 months.
