RENEWABLE ENERGY (ELECTRICITY) ACT 2000 - SECT 141

Form of register

             (1)  The register must be maintained by electronic means.

             (2)  The register is to be made available for inspection on the internet.

             (3)  The Regulator must ensure that the register is kept up-to-date.
