RENEWABLE ENERGY (ELECTRICITY) ACT 2000 - SECT 34

Special provision relating to transactions involving AEMO or a person or body prescribed by the regulations

                   Despite section 31, no acquisition of electricity by AEMO or a person or body prescribed by the regulations is a relevant acquisition.
