Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Regulator may, in such circumstances as the Regulator thinks fit, extend the time for payment of an amount of a renewable energy shortfall charge related liability for such period as the Regulator determines, and, if the Regulator does so, the charge is payable accordingly.
