RENEWABLE ENERGY (ELECTRICITY) ACT 2000 - SECT 7

                   This Act extends to every external Territory.

7A  Tax deductibility

                   To avoid doubt, a charge or penalty under this Act is not tax deductible for the purposes of any law dealing with income tax.
