REFERENDUM (MACHINERY PROVISIONS) ACT 1984 - SECT 129

Marks on ballot-papers

                   Except as authorized by this Act, a person shall not make any mark on a ballot-paper that has been issued to another person.

Penalty:  $1,000 or imprisonment for 6 months, or both.
