Short title

        This Act may be cited as the Snowy Hydro Corporatisation (Consequential
Amendments) Act 1997.

Commencement

        This Act commences on the same day as section 59 of the Snowy Hydro
Corporatisation Act 1997.

Schedule(s)

        Each Act that is specified in a Schedule to this Act is amended or repealed
as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other

Add:
    (z)    decisions of Snowy Hydro Limited or a body corporate that is a
subsidiary of Snowy Hydro Limited.
