SEAFARERS REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 1992 - SECT 125A

             (1)  The Authority must, as soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, prepare and give to the Minister a report of its operations during the financial year.

             (2)  The Minister must cause a copy of each such report to be laid before each House of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of that House after the Minister receives the report.
