STATUTE STOCKTAKE ACT 1999 - SECT 4

(1)

So far as the Imperial Act known as the Merchant Shipping Act, 1894 (as amended or affected by any other Imperial Act or Act of the Commonwealth) forms part of the law of the Commonwealth or of an external Territory, it is repealed.

(2)

Section 8 of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 applies in relation to the repeal as if the Imperial Act had been an Act of the Parliament.
