SOCIAL SECURITY (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1999 - SECT 124Q

                   This Part applies as if a decision under:

                     (a)  the 1947 Act; or

                     (b)  the 1991 Act as in force immediately before the commencement of this Part;

were a decision under the social security law.
