TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1997 - SECT 46

                   Section 42 does not apply to a network unit that is used wholly or principally:

                     (a)  by the Australian Secret Intelligence Service; or

                     (b)  by the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation.
